Each Patient Support Programme specialises in a specific medication and specific set of symptoms, meaning that we provide highly competent and very personalised advice to patients. What is the good healthcare group exactly?

We are a group of companies which first arose out of its motivated and productive employees – and which is still growing. On behalf of our customers from the healthcare industry we work out sales strategies and we support doctors and patients with unique concepts. Our external and internal service teams support one another to provide optimum customer care. We use all communications channels, e.g. telephone, email, fax and video-telephony, to support doctors and patients at the times and in the ways which they prefer.

What knowledge do I need for which tasks at patient+?

As a nurse, you will have completed an apprenticeship in a healthcare field and will care for patients with chronic conditions as part of one of our Patient Support Programmes. In doing this, you will provide patients with a service that comprehensively supports them in dealing with their illnesses and the therapy for these. With a high level of compassion, you will independently provide the patients concerned with information about the clinical picture and the appropriate treatment, thus helping to ensure therapeutic success for patients.

Furthermore, strong communication skills and an independent and open way of working play an important role in this field.

Working in project teams also requires a high level of team spirit and excellent social skills.
